Customers are being urged to rate their ISP to determine the winner of the Customer Choice Award at the 2015 ISPA Awards – the Internet industry awards that reflect the breadth and diversity of the UK Internet industry.
Customers of ISPs entering the award, as long as they are one of the 20 ISPs to have entered the category, across a number of areas including price, customer service and reliability. The best performing ISPs will be shortlisted with the overall winner announced at the 2015 ISPAs ceremony on 2 July.
Launching the award ISPA Secretary General Nicholas Lansman, said: “the Customer Choice Award gives customers a direct say in rewarding their ISP and provides valuable data on the everyday experience people have with their internet service providers”.
