Judging criteria

This category is open to any company or organisation that provides products or services or feels have made a contribution or providing customers with a safer and more secure internet experience.

This category will be judged by the ISPA Awards judges via a written entry form that must be completed by March 2014.

In no more than 500 words, entrants will provide an overall summary of the initiatives that they have been involved in or focus on one particular case study

Entrants may like to consider one or more of the following issues:

  • Media literacy
  • Anti-virus/malware protection
  • Security service
  • Education and protection of vulnerable people
  • Anti-abuse
  • Customer support
  • Child safety and parental controls
  • Awareness campaigns undertaken
  • Anti-spam controls
