ISPA's Next Legal Forum
The latest EU telecoms package was agreed by EU member states in November 2009 after much of deliberations between the European Council and Parliament. The wide-ranging package includes a number of key issues affecting service providers, from net neutrality and data privacy, to the rights of users and proposals for a new pan-European regulator. With members states required to pass regulations to transpose the Directive by May 2011, this session will examine the main legal and regulatory challenges that the reforms will present to ISPA members and help understand the Government's early thinking on transposition.
