Evidence to The Lords, Ofcom rules put into practice
ISPA were invited to the House of Lords this month to give evidence to the Science and Technology Committee on their inquiry into Personal Internet Security. ISPA highlighted that members regularly invest in educating customers by providing advice and guidance on Internet security issues, such as avoiding viruses, preventing their PCs from being hacked, and limiting and reporting spam.
ISPA also responded to the media on how Ofcom’s new broadband migration rules have affected members after the collapse of Biscit.
