Mark Gracey has worked in the Internet industry since 1995. Since 1997 he has worked in network abuse, legal and regulatory roles relating to managing risk and ensuring compliance within Demon Internet and THUS.

He is currently responsible for regulatory compliance for Cable&Wireless Worldwide business which encompasses all aspects of telecoms, internet and data protection compliance. His areas of expertise include Internet content liability, data protection compliance, data retention and police liaison. He has experience of dealing with Ofcom, BIS, the Home Office and the government in general, at all levels.

As well as being Chair of ISPA he represents THUS on the IWF Funding Council and is a member of Nominet's .uk Policy Stakeholder Committee. He has also served six years on the IWF Board.
