Jessica Hendrie-Liaño joined Bloomberg LP in 2005 as the Legal Counsel for the EMEA region.
Before joining Bloomberg LP, she was the UK Legal Counsel for Wanadoo and also a partner in the Technology and Commerce Group at a City Law Firm.
Jessica is one of the two Internet Industry representatives on the Technical Advisory Board which was established under the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2001.
Ms Hendrie-Liaño joined ISPA Council as an elected member in March 2001 and became Chair of ISPA Council in May 2002. Her involvement with ISPA has included work on the implementation of the E-Commerce Directive and its transposition into UK law, Spam, data protection, the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act (RIPA) and data retention. She is also deputy Chair of the ISPA sub-group on Liability.
