Clodagh Murphy, Managing Director, Eclipse Internet
Clodagh Murphy stands out as one of just a handful of women heading up ISPs today. It’s thanks to a solid track record of more than 10 years experience in the Telecommunications industry, and she’s been a direct part of the Eclipse Internet team since 2006. She became Director of Eclipse in 2009, holding overall accountability for the business success within the wider KCOM Group.
During her time in charge, Clodagh has driven a 40% year-on-year uplift in sales through focus on proactive customer loyalty and reactive customer retention which has seen a reduction in churn by 20%. A very people-orientated Director, she truly understands that it is customers and staff which define success. She has brought huge commitment, great drive and sheer determination to her role as Director of Eclipse, delivering success through excellent interpersonal skills.

Clodagh has a 1st class honours degree in Business and IT from Trinity College Dublin and a MBA from the University of Hull. As far as ambitions go, Clodagh would say her goal is simply to be the best she can be and that doing a good job will always be more important than getting the next rung up the ladder.
She lives in Exeter with her partner and baby son. When she has time, she loves to watch the rugby – and is an ardent Exeter Chiefs supporter.
