Neil Watson is Head of Service at Entanet, the Telford-based wholesale voice and data connectivity provider with a channel-focused distribution strategy. In role for more than a decade, Neil is responsible for the strategic direction of the firm's service offering including Technical Support and all Customer Service activity.
