Winning for the second year running, the judges felt that Talk Straight’s focus on schools, starting the education and awareness on the importance of cyber security as early as possible, along with impressive customer support, made them deserved winners.

Entry criteria:

This category is open to providers of internet services and cyber-security vendors that help deliver provide a more secure Internet experience.

Judging process:

Entrants must submit a written form case study (500 words maximum) detailing how their product, service or solution delivers a more secure Internet. The written entry form will be reviewed by the judges who will determine the shortlist and the winner. The submissions deadline was 29th March 2018.

Judging criteria:

  • Real-world benefits to customers
  • Ease of use and integration options
  • Innovative use of technology
  • Effect of product/service on customer networks
  • Mitigation of attacks  / time saved for end users
  • Overall cost savings
  • Reach measurement
