Grace is Senior Policy and Public Affairs Manager at ISPA, leading a broad portfolio within ISPA’s policy and public affairs programme, working closely with policy members and stakeholders across the full range of ISPA’s policy areas. She particularly leads on consumer-focused policy including pricing transparency, online safety, network build and roll-out, digital inclusion, and the future of connectivity. Grace has prior experience in the video game and screen industries, bringing a cross-sector perspective to her work on the UK’s digital landscape.

Krystian has been part of the team for over 4 years and heads up our events and partnership programme that regularly brings together our members and partners to collaborate on a variety of topics.

Krystian has had previous experience in both technology infrastructure and political messaging roles, and has achieved academic success, obtaining an LLB in Law for with Business from Northumbria University and more recently, a master’s in Political Communication from the Cardiff School Of Journalism, Media and Culture (JOMEC), Cardiff University.

Responsible for business development, events organisation, member relationships, commercial strategy and content marketing, he helps the team develop their trade association programme and manage client relationships.

Megan is Communications and Policy Manager at ISPA. They lead ISPA’s PR and communications strategy, shaping how the association engages with media and the wider public. Alongside their communications role, they contributes to ISPA’s policy work with a focus on online safety, particularly blocking and filtering. Before joining ISPA, Megan spent three years at a B2B tech PR agency where they managed international campaigns and reputation management.

Community Fibre

Tim is one of the founders of Community Fibre. Community Fibre has gone on to build the largest fibre-optic only network in London. Tim’s role now focuses on advising Community Fibre on Policy & Regulatory matters. Tim was also a former chair of INCA.

Michaela has been Member Services Manager at ISPA for 19 years. She is responsible for membership, events, accounts, website management, ISPA Awards organisation and customer enquiries.

Kalthum is Policy and Communications Officer at ISPA, where she leads on daily political and regulatory intelligence and monitoring across all ISPA issues, ensuring members are kept informed of key developments. 

She supports the association’s core policy work, including research, briefings and stakeholder engagement and helps manage ISPA’s Press Office through media liaison and drafting communications. Before joining ISPA, Kalthum worked at a financial PR agency. She holds a BA in Comparative Literature from Queen Mary University of London.

MS3 Networks

Gita Sorensen is the founder and Managing Director of GOS Consulting Limited. She is an expert in regulatory and policy matters in the telecoms sector and has worked with governments, regulators, investors, suppliers and operators of a wide range of matters and in many parts of the world. She has worked in the sector for more than 38 years both in-house and as a consultant, internationally as well as in the UK.

At present, Gita works with many Altnets in the UK, is an advisor to INCA, and also works with other operators and occasionally with the government. She is also engaged in international projects and offers expert witness services in disputes and legal cases. She has a deep insight into detailed UK regulations as well as high level policy matters and she also advises on commercial strategy.

Gita is a Director and Co-founder of a biotechnology company and was one of the founding board members of TOTSCo – having been part of the group establishing the governance for the organisation (where she is now an alternate board member to Tim Stranack).

Gita would bring this knowledge and insight to the ISPA Council and will volunteer her time to contribute constructively to discussions and development of positions for ISPA’s members. Gita will be representing MS3 Networks at the Council.

Charlie is Public Affairs Manager at CityFibre, where he leads on parliamentary engagement and policy development to support the UK’s digital infrastructure rollout. He works closely with government and industry to help shape a regulatory environment that enables investment, competition, and long-term growth.

Before joining CityFibre, Charlie worked in Westminster as a parliamentary aide, alongside roles in local government and as an elected councillor. Across these positions, he built strong experience in policy development, stakeholder engagement, and communications, alongside a clear understanding of decision-making across different levels of government.

Alongside his professional work, Charlie is actively involved in mentoring and volunteering. He supports university students through the University of Exeter Career Mentor Scheme and contributes to initiatives focused on improving political literacy and access to careers. He has a particular interest in widening participation and ensuring opportunities within the telecoms sector are accessible to a broader range of people.

Charlie is keen to contribute to ISPA discussions that support sustainable investment, effective competition, and strong engagement between industry, government, and regulators.
