ISPA supports the Women in Telecoms group whose Career Developments subgroup is hosting a webinar on Knowing your worth on 4th November from 1pm. The focus of the session will be on equipping women with the confidence and strategy to advocate for more - whether it’s salary, job scope, or flexibility.
