Best Customer Loyalty
With market competition becoming more prominent and customer expectations increasing, having best in sector customer care and services that mitigates churn, ensures retention and inspires customer loyalty is essential.
We want to assess ISPs on their overall trust pilot scores, as well as their customer support systems and specific case studies that exemplify why their organisations are deserving of the accolade of having the Best Customer Loyalty in the UK internet sector.
To enter, ISPA is asking you to provide an 800 word case study that explores how your organisation has developed strong loyalty across your customer base and developed innovative ways to ensure the care and retention of customers. Entrants are welcome to provide evidence, data and testimonials to support their written submission.
