Now in its 27th year, the ISPA Awards have long been the gold standard for industry recognition, offering a unique opportunity for organisations to showcase their achievements, benchmark against peers, and gain well-deserved recognition from industry experts.
Over the past year, the sector has continued to evolve rapidly, marked by major strides in full-fibre deployment, and a growing focus on delivering high-quality services to customers. Alongside increasing competition, the industry has also seen market consolidation, with providers striving to ensure that the UK’s economy and society have the reliable, high-speed connectivity they need. The 2025 ISPA Awards will once again celebrate the outstanding contributions made by ISPs, infrastructure and business providers, as well as industry leaders who are driving innovation, enhancing service standards, and shaping the future of UK connectivity.
To reflect the latest trends and innovation , this year’s awards feature a refreshed and expanded set of 20 categories, 17 of which are now open for nominations. We are also pleased to announce five new categories: Best Wholesale Platform, Best Network Integration, Best Technology Partnership, Engineer of the Year, and Best Customer Loyalty.
Entries for the 2025 ISPA Awards are now open, and we encourage ISPs, network operators, technology partners, and industry stakeholders to take part. Registration is open until 11th April on thinkbroadband site here, with the written entry deadline on the 20th June 2025. ISP categories will undergo technical testing from 1st May to 20th July.
The winners will be announced during a black tie dinner on 13th November in central London, bringing together over 500 senior leaders in the broadband sector for a night of celebration and networking. This year’s awards will be hosted at City Central at the HAC, an exclusive events venue set within the secure grounds of the Honourable Artillery Company, and against the stunning backdrop of the historic Armoury House and buildings.
