ADR Workshop

ISPA will hold a workshop on alternative dispute resolution (ADR) taking place on 28th September from 3-5pm being organised with Ombudsman Services - the ADR which ISPA members can join for free as a benefit of ISPA membership.

ADR is a legal requirement under the Communications Act and ISPA has been working actively with members on ADR policy for many years. We recently responded to the Ofcom review of ADR schemes and are committed to improving how the process works for our members.

The workshop, which is being held jointly with ITSPA, will provide an introduction to Ombudsman Services, their procedures, processes and how to deal with customer complaints effectively. The workshop will further provide an opportunity for members to raise questions with Ombudsman Services, feedback on individual experiences and discuss future ways of working.

The event is free to attend for ISPA and ITSPA members and will be followed by networking drinks.
