The symposium on the Investigatory Powers Bill takes place in London on the 22nd March 2016.
David Anderson QC, Independent Reviewer of Terrorism Legislation will be delivering an overview of the proposals and then the panel comprised of The Rt Hon Dominic Grieve QC MP , Lord Jonathan Marks QC, Angela Patrick of JUSTICE and Paul Hynes QC from my chambers will discuss the framework of the proposed legislation and its impact from their varied perspectives.
The audience would consist of the Judiciary, MP’s Barristers, Solicitors, prosecution agencies, representatives from major NGO’s and the Metropolitan Police.
