ISPA Liability Subgroup meeting

ISPA Members onlyISPA Liability Subgroup meeting will discuss the main priorities for the subgroup for 2015, including the general election and party promises, extremist content, communications data and the issue of encryption. We will also provide an update on the current and upcoming policy and legislative developments in Brussels, including copyright reform, notice and takedown and the digital single market.
Straight after this meeting the Home Office will provide a briefing on the Counter-Terrorism and Security Bill.
