Responding to a survey on the way broadband is described by ISPs, ISPA issued the following statement:
Consumers’ priority is receiving a fast, reliable and affordable internet service. Broadband is a complex service and ISPs, Ofcom and consumer websites have all produced resources to help people make informed choices about the services available. ISPA recommends customers read up on what they need before taking out a service from one of the many ISPs in the market.
