ISPA is pleased to see Ofcom addressing the issues associated with consumer switching and welcomes the opportunity to support through its members any process that seeks to improve the consumers’ ability to switch.
We do have some concerns about potential costs of a TPV process, and what could turn out to be a potentially cumbersome customer experience, however it’s probably too early to say more until we have had the opportunity to study the consultation report in more detail.
